Educator, strategist and company director based in Melbourne. Visiting Professor at London Business School, Executive-in-Residence at IMD, and for seven years an Adjunct Professor of Strategy and Accounting at INSEAD. With Chris Lobello he created C-Suite Life, the four-day business simulation that more than 870 MBA and executive students have survived since its first run at CUHK in 2018. Before the classroom: BCG, PwC, a business co-founded and sold, and two decades advising organisations through OEMD Consulting.
A four-day, team-based simulation of running a company from the executive suite: strategy, finance, operations and the awkward human bits, all grounded in reality. Created with Chris Lobello and first run at CUHK in May 2018; since then 870-plus students across Hong Kong, Singapore, Munich and the United States have completed it and 205 have earned the champions' gold medallion.
Teaching strategy and accounting on degree and executive programmes in London and Dubai since 2016, with the aim of leaving every participant able to read a set of accounts and argue a strategy without notes.
Executive-in-Residence at IMD since 2020, working with senior leaders on programmes in Lausanne and Singapore: practitioner perspective alongside the faculty, and a bridge between the case study and the Monday morning after it.

Co-founded in 2008 as a provider of marketing and client-communication solutions to Australia's financial-planning industry; grew it into the sector's leading provider and sold it to private investors in 2014.
